Website Details: The Borough Liaisons team needed an upgrade to their website and engaged the Group New Media team to implement it. Project scoping included conducting user testing to develop user centred designs, regular meetings with the team to determine their requirements, and translating this in to a functional specification, application design, implementation and testing. It also involved interviews and user testing with various users of the website from the 33 London Boroughs, GLA (City hall) and internal TfL stakeholders.
